Suddenly passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the age of 19. Beloved son of Anja and Jerry Usjak. Dear brother of Alexandra and Christopher and dearest uncle of Kaleb. Cherished grandson of Klaus and Anna Loschnig of Tavistock and Helga and Axel Schoenemann of Kitchener and Ernst Objartel of PEI. Great grandson of Anna Grecksa and the late Pavel Grecksa and grandson of the late Pavel Usjak. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eric had attended Cameron Heights and was the quarter back for the Cameron Heights Gaels and voted the team MVP.

Eric's family will receive relatives and friends from 7 - 9 pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service will be conducted at Henry Walser Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 10:30 am with Bishop Peter Esser officiating. Private family interment to follow.
