Early Sunday morning, surrounded by family and friends, Sue went home to heaven. She was dearly loved by her predeceased, cherished husband and best friend, Don (2014). Sue will be greatly missed by her beloved children Sara (Richard Heintz), Jared (Lindsay), and Dan, her grandchildren Jack, Callum, Levi, Caleb, Abby, and Hayley, as well as many other friends and family members.
Cremation has taken place. Sue’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, May 8 from 6-9 p.m. at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A service to celebrate Sue’s life will be held at Duff’s Presbyterian Church, (319 Brock Rd S, Guelph) on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Please wear something bright and colourful to honour Sue on Saturday. In her memory, treat yourself or a friend to something shiny. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Guelph General Hospital - Ambulatory Care Cancer Clinic would be appreciated (cards available at the funeral home).
