Zenker, Joachim (Joe):

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Freeport Campus of the Grand River Hospital, at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Ilse Zenker (2013).

Loving father of Wilfrid (Coletta), John (Carol), Mike (Lori) and Daniela Shantz. Proud Opa of 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Joachim's family will receive relatives and friends from 7 - 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Chapel on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 1 p.m., followed by a reception at the funeral home. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
