GORLOFF, Eileen Allison (b. Sept 6th 1927)

Eileen (nee) Church passed away peacefully on September 1, 2017 in her 90th year.

Eileen was wife to the (late) George Nicholas Gorloff, mother to the (late) Janet (nee) Gorloff Vanderbeek, and sister-in-law to the (late) Vera Gorloff Pink. Eileen leaves behind her daughter Susan Gorloff and her son and daughter-in-law Jim and Maureen Gorloff (Mitzi ). Son-in-law Ron Vanderbeek and brother-in-law Bill Pink. Eileen leaves seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Laura Vanderbeek and husband Matthew Lanktree and their two children Julia and Thomas Lanktree, Kelly Vanderbeek Ford and her husband David Ford and their son Cooper G. Mark Vanderbeek, Jeffrey Vanderbeek, Allison Gorloff, Stephanie Gorloff and Stacey Gorloff.

We wish to extend our family's sincerest thanks to the amazing staff at the Villages of Winston Park in Kitchener who cared for her so completely. We will be forever grateful.

The family will receive friends and family on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 10 - 10:45 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener (519-749-8467). Reception to follow at the funeral home. Private cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers donations to KidsAbility or the Alzheimer society would be greatly appreciated (cards available at the funeral home).

To the woman with the amazing voice, you shall be missed.
