Eby, Ruth:
Passed away on Thursday, September 29th, 2016 at Parkwood Mennonite Home LTC at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late George Eby (1979). Dear mother of Virginia Friesen (Stanley) and the late David Eby (1978). Cherished grandmother of Aaron, Jeffrey and Samantha.
Ruth was the daughter of the late John and Augusta Struke and was the last surviving member of her family, having been predeceased by siblings, Mabel Hubbert, Roy Struke and Donald Struke.
Sister-in-law of Edgar Olney, and Annie Eby. Predeceased by in-laws, Mabel Olney, and Howard Eby, Marie Potz (Elmer).
Ruth's family invites relatives and friends to gather for a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Private interment to take place at 15th Line Cemetery, Tavistock.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Parkwood Mennonite Home would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
