It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Rick, peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by family, on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the age of 84. Lovingly remembered by his wife Pat of 61 years. Beloved father of Jeff (Heather), Kim (Sheila), Christine (Peter), Dave (Cathy) and Kelly. Grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 12. Predeceased by his son Michael, and 3 brothers.

Rick's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
