1919-2018
Passed away peacefully at Marian Residence, Cambridge, on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the age of 98. Beloved mother of Terry Boyle of Oakville and Mary Sue DeFreitas (Frank) of Kelowna B.C. Dear grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Berkley Boyle in 1998, parents Frank and Amelia Strauss; 4 brothers and 4 sisters and 3 grandchildren. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Sisters and their staff for all the care and compassion shown to Wilma over the years.
Wilma's family will receive relatives and friends from 3 - 5 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony Daniel RC Church, 29 Midland Drive, Kitchener, on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary's Hospital, The Working Centre or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
