To the family of Dr. Iwan: In 1968, I was involved in an auto accident due to dense fog. In addition to multiple injuries, I was in a coma for seven days. Dr. Iwan was the neurosurgeon who attended me - so I’m told. Never having the opportunity to express my gratitude to him, I would like to thank him, through you, for his healing abilities. I believe I survived because of your father. I extend my condolences to you. Dr. Iwan will always be part of who I am.
