Helm, Bernard Francis "Bernie"
passed away peacefully with family by his side at Trinity Village on Monday January 30, 2017 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Doris Kelba-Helm and the late Catherine Helm (1991). Loving father of Susan Helm-Nolan (Kim), Tim Helm (Frances Tessaro) and Denise Helm (Shirley Browne). Step-father of Darryl, Wendy and Dale Kelba. Proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren as well as to his great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Bernie's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener (519) 749-8467. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony Daniel Church, 29 Midland Dr., on Saturday February 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow at Briarfield Gardens (1250 Weber St. East). Private cremation.
