Obituary for Christine Priscilla Card (Sheppard)
Card, Christine:
With great sadness the family of the late Christine Priscilla Card, announce her passing at St. Mary's Hospital on Friday, February 24th, 2017 at the age of 80.
Left with loving memories are her children, Greg Card (Trudy) of Waterloo, Darren Card (Mary) of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and Sherry Card of Calgary, Alberta. Siblings Olive Skiffington of Newfoundland, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Predeceased by her husband, Douglas Card; son, Shawn Card; parents, Josiah and Suzanna Sheppard; sister, Theresa Sacrey: brother, Charlie Sheppard and great grandson, Brandon Card.
At Christine's request, a private family service will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener or by calling 519-749-8467).
