Gendron, Christian Juergen
Passed away with his daughters by his side at Grand River Hospital on Wednesday March 22, 2017 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Hannelore for over 58 years. Loving father of Carola (Mike) Coghill and Denise Gendron (Gord Terreberry). Proud Opa of Tylor, Trevor and Rachael. Survived by his brother Peter (Angelika). Sadly missed by his close friends and extended family in Canada. Special thanks to Diane and all the staff of CCAC for their compassionate care.
Chris's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-3:45 pm on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Tuesday at 4:00 pm. Reception to follow. Private cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
