Johnson, Raphael Augustus (1935-2016)
Passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at the age of 81.
Beloved husband of the late Mary Daphney Johnson (2003). Loving father ("Pa") of Almorone Johnson, Howard Johnson, Irving Johnson, Aneita Johnson, David Johnson, Millicent Thomas, Clive Smith and cherished by 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Dear son of the late Melbourne Johnson and Adassa Reynolds. Loving brother of Edith Wynter, Irena Johnson and Clifton Johnson.
Raphael was a retired employee of Uniroyal Tires.
Raphael's family and friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Interment to follow in the Johnson / Reynolds Family Plot in Jamaica. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home). Visit www.henrywalser.com for Raphael's memorial.
