Passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Lisaard House at the age of 48.
Beloved wife of Jerry Usjak.
Loving mother of Alexandra, Christopher and the late Eric.
Cherished grandmother of Kaleb.
Dear daughter of Helga Schoenemann (Axel) and Ernst Objartel.
Will be missed by her brother Uwe Objartel, sister Rebecca (Dave) Snyder, nieces Alison and Makayla and nephews Cash and Cameron.
Lovingly remembered by her parents-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Anja's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the New Apostolic Church - New Hamburg, 416 Waterloo St., New Hamburg. A memorial service will be held, immediately following the visitation, at 7:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Ovarian Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
The family would like to thank the staff at Grand River Hospital-6th floor and the staff at Lisaard House for their compassionate care and support.
