With heavy hearts, we announce Gail's passing on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the age of 65 years old.

Her courageous battle with cancer ended peacefully. Through this journey her strength, dignity and positive attitude was an inspiration to all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband Bob, her soul mate and love of her life. She is lovingly remembered by her step-sons, Rob (Jen), Jamie (Lasha) and Andy and her grandchildren Reid, Evan and Leah.

Also lovingly remembered be her cousins Julie & Cheryl, her aunt Doreen and best friend Luann. Her puppies Lexie and Riley will also miss her.

She is also survived by her brother Bill (Linda), niece Shelby and nephew Lucas of Huntsville.

She had a passion for entertaining, loved to travel and was always there to lend a hand whenever needed.

Gail's family will receive relatives and friends from 7 - 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Friends are invited to share their memories of Gail with her family during a Memorial Celebration at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2017 in the funeral home chapel, immediately followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
