Passed away peacefully, at Freeport Hospital on Friday, December 23, 2016 at the age of 88.
Beloved wife of the late E. Leslie "Les" Thompson (2009).
Dear mother of Debra, Gary, and Glen (Sue) Thompson. Cherished Nanny to Krista and Jessica. Tena will be missed and remembered by many nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Ruth.
Predeceased by siblings Gordon MacLeod (Lexie), Malcolm MacLeod (Murdena), Hannah Koenig (Vern) and Bill MacLeod.

The Thompson family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 2-2:45 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. The funeral service will take place at 3 pm on Thursday, in the chapel of the funeral home followed by a reception.
Rev. Mark Lewis officiating.
