Wayne began his new journey on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the age of 55.
Cherished son of Wilfred and Dorothy (nee Geisel).
Loving brother of Dawn Marie Dippel.
Very special uncle of Kristin Dippel, with whom he was very close.
Remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He will be missed by his faithful companions Molly and Abbey.
Wayne was a 25 year employee with Canpar and in 2010 became a Personal Support Worker and served the London area for the last 6 years. He was an avid outdoors man. Wayne was a member of RCAFA Wing 404.
Wayne was able to spend two quality weeks at his family home with family and many friends.
As per Wayne's wishes cremation has taken place, a celebration of his life will take place at the Air Force Club 404 Wing ( 510 Dutton Dr. Waterloo) on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Humane Society or Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, or by calling 519-749-8467).
