It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jay at the age of 59.
Beloved brother of Patricia (David), Michael, and Jordan (Kathy).
Will be fondly remembered by his many friends and extended family.
Predeceased by his parents, Ronald and Patricia, and brother, Ken.

Cremation has taken place. As per Jay's wishes, no service will be taking place at this time.
