It is with great sadness that we announce that our little baby heart warrior passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017 shortly after her first birthday. Chloe inspired and taught all of us how to keep fighting, live life with a smile and love unconditionally regardless of what life throws your way. A beautiful soul taken too soon who was loved by so many.
Loving daughter of her parents. Sadly missed by all of her Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family & friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener from 2:30-3:15 pm and the Celebration of Life Service in the Chapel at 3:30 pm. Reception to follow. Please wear something with the colour RED to pay tribute to our tender heart. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities https://www.rmhccanada.ca/
