The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Otto Wendland can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I remember when we were little, all of us cousins would spend time in Canada together, and it could get pretty boring at times. However, one thing that was always exciting was spending time with Onkel Otto. His jokes and special sense of humor would make us kids laugh for hours and hours. I always loved spending time with Onkel Otto. I'm going to miss him, I'm going to miss his laugh, and I'm going to miss his smile. Thank you God for putting Onkel Otto in our lives to help us laugh and love. He will be forever missed and forever loved. I will always hold onto the special memories that we shared. My most sincere condolences to everyone who is hurting.

Condolence: I'm really going to miss the smile that he always had on his face when all of us kids were around and joking with him.
He always made me laugh and I'm going to miss that.
Uncle Otto had the kind of joy that you can't really explain, you just had to witness it. Such a great man

Love you, rest easy

Kelli
