Passed away with family at her side on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Houston. Loving mother of Nicola Houston (Dean Fragos) and Samantha Rose (Bill). Dear grandma to Calista, Nicholas, Collin, James, Helen and Mina. Dear sister of Edith, Betty, Mary, Bill, Ella and the late Tom. Remembered sister-in law of Ian Houston (Margaret), and Jean Eckmier (the late Ron). She will be missed by nieces and nephews, family and friends both in Canada and abroad.
Caroline's family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A private family service will take place on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Children's Wish Foundation, would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
