The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cash Vandeberg can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

I'm very sorry to learn the news about Cash. I have great memories of him from hockey at Meadowvale. He had a lot of fun on the ice and his energy level could be contagious. We're thinking of you both - Steve, Ellen and William

Condolence: I wish I was able to come to his funeral. He was a very delightful young man who could always put a smile on my face. He was the heart and soul of Chicopee and was a mostly good model at Chicopee for other employees to follow. He always made work and tolerable. He is what made Chicopee worth working at and all the customers lived him. He was so filled with laughter, joy and life i really can't believe this. I hope you guys know he truly was a great person to be around and I love him very much and miss him dearly as you guys do. I know there's nothing I can say to help but all I can say is you did a good job raising him and I will never forget him. I don't know you guys but if you're anything like Cash I love guys and even if you're not I still love you guys and wish you the best. Please stay strong and know you're not in this battle alone. He would want all of us to only remember the good and never dwell on the bad.

Condolence: Though his life's flame was extinguished all too soon, while he was with us, he burned so bright – giving light and warmth to all who knew him. The world is a better place for his having been a part of it, even for the short time he was here. We are better people for having known him. Our hearts are breaking for you. Know that he will never be forgotten, cherished always in our hearts. We share your pain, our dear friends, and you are in our thoughts and prayers always. Love Alec, Olivia, Bridget, Oliver and Spencer.
