The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Richard Potwarka can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: To Charlene and family, I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of Rich. I had the pleasure of playing baseball for Rich through the Kitchener Midgets and Kitchener Dodgers. I'll always remember his unique sense of humour. Last year Garry Logel and I had an opportunity to visit Rich and re-live some of our baseball memories. Rich really enjoyed taking a walk through "memory lane". Both the Logel and Reinhardt family will remember you and Rich in our prayers. May your memories give you the strength you will need going into the future.
