Ervin, Robert "Bob"
Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Louise for 48 years. Loving father of Kim Mendonca (Paul) and Natasha Soligo (Mark). Proud Grandpa of Chloe, Olivia, Jack and Hunter. Son of the late Edward and Robina Ervin. Dear brother of Tom Ervin (Joan) and Donna Wilson (Harold) and brother-in-law of Richard Lafortune, Carole Sheridan (Tom) and Suzanne Lafortune. Loving uncle of Blake, Jordan, Josee, Jeff and Dawn-Marie. Bob was an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, avid golfer and member of Galt Golf and Country Club, and die-hard Montreal Canadians fan.
Bob's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Parish Prayers 8:45 p.m. Thursday. Prayers will also be offered at the funeral home on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 10:20 a.m. followed by a procession to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 173 Lourdes St. W. Waterloo, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. Cremation to follow.
