Zancai, Rachele (nee Zaina)
Passed away peacefully with family by her side at The Westmount Long Term Care on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the age of 89.

Beloved wife of the late Erminio Zancai (2015).
Loving mother of Renato (Darlene) and Rose Suljak (Branco).
Cherished Nonna of Christine Joseph (Crawford), Jamie Zancai, Jennifer and Stephanie Suljak and great-grandmother of Avery and Ashley.
Survived by sisters Maria Marson and Regina Moretti both of Italy. Predeceased by brothers Domenico, Guilio, Benito and Mario Zaina and by her sister Elena Raffin.

Rachele was a member of the Italian Cortina Club.

Rachele's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 10:20 a.m. followed by a procession to St. Anthony Daniel R.C. Church (29 Midland Dr., Kitchener) for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre or St. Mary's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
