With great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Jael on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the age of 35. Loving mother of Dante and Damon Duval (father Joel Duval). Beloved daughter of Mark Schwartz and Carol Schwartz (nee Bechtel). Beloved stepdaughter of Lisa Weber (Uwe). Beloved sister of Jessie-Lee Grigat (James-Erik), Nathan Schwartz (Anneliese), Lindsay Schwartz (Nick Fuendling), and Jared Schwartz (Sara). Loving aunt to Camden, Ryley, Kira, and Adyson Grigat, Ezekiel Schwartz, and Morgan and Reuben Schwartz.
Jael was born July 19, 1981 in Kitchener, ON. A fun and social personality, she could befriend anyone - young and old alike. A truly caring person with a warm heart and genuine smile that could light up any room. She was a beautiful and generous soul. Always willing to lend a hand and roll up her sleeves to get the job done, she never shied away from hard work and was a natural initiator.
Her favourite leisure activities included spending time with her family, cuddling with her boys, reading, cleaning, working out, and tanning. A natural in the kitchen, she enjoyed cooking and baking.
She established strong bonds with co-workers at Nordia as a Bell Relay Service Operator and worked most recently at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company in Cambridge, ON.
Jael's family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. The funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 in the chapel of the funeral home followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place.
In memory of Jael, an educational trust fund for Dante and Damon will be established and donations would be appreciated by the family (cards are available at the funeral home).
