RALPH RUSSELL SMITH
April 27, 1925 to June 19, 2017
Ralph passed away peacefully, into the presence of his Saviour early Monday morning with his family by his side at the age of 92.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Laverne (Naomi) Smith and Carolyn Smith of Kitchener, his grandchildren, Matthew (Tamara) Smith of Manitoulin Island, Melissa (Jeremy) Burke of Kitchener and Kathleen Dawson of Florida, and his great-grandchildren Emebet, Tarikua, Eli and Norah Burke of Kitchener.
He was predeceased by his wife Mary (2007) his son, Allan (2012) his parents Melvin and Marvel, his brother Royce and his sister Ruth Schmidt.
Ralph's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 12 noon - 12:45 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment First Mennonite Cemetery followed by a reception back at the funeral home.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to ERDO ChildCARE Plus would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
