Hambly, John A.
Passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital, surrounded by the love of family, on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the age of 89.
Beloved husband of the late Rita (2016). Loving father of Ann Hambly, Elizabeth Sisolak (Dan), David Hambly (Leslie), Helen Hambly-Odame (Bill), Margaret Hambly-LaPointe (Trevor) and Charles "Chuck" Hambly (Jennifer). Known lovingly as "Poppy" by his 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Hazel Wilson, Walter "Bud" Hambly and Martha Jackson.
Private family cremation arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cremation followed by interment at King City Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home). Visit www.henrywalser.com for John's memorial.
