Fox, (Margaret) Noreen
A life well lived.
With sadness, the family announces the passing of Noreen Fox on June 27, 2017 in Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 91.
A cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and favourite aunt, Noreen was predeceased by George, her husband of 65 years, in 2011. She leaves son Jim (Barb); daughter Nancy; grandsons Jeff (Lisa); Brent (Vilaylack); and Mark; and great-grandchildren Adam, Nathan, Norah and Elsie.
A devoted mom to Nancy at home throughout her life, she was born in Toronto and proud of her Irish heritage through her mother.
Noreen enjoyed life to the fullest and loved travelling, especially cruising, time spent in Arizona, reading, shopping and antiquing. In their retirement years, Noreen and George ran Weathervane Antiques from their home in Brantford. She treasured the time spent with her grandsons and their wives, great-grandchildren and Annie, the cat.
The family thanks Noreen’s “friends” — the caring staff and residents of Sunnyside Home’s Supported Housing apartments and Dr. Upe Mehan.

A private service is being held and there will be a gathering later to honour Noreen. Private cremation has taken place.
