Condolence: I met Darlene in 1994 and we have been friends ever since. She was like a magnet and I was so blessed that she chose me as a friend. I will miss your smile and that nutty laugh. It has been an honor to be your friend in this life.

Condolence: I ran into Darlene at the St Jacobs Playhouse last year, and had a coffee with her. We had a wonderful chat, and it was good to catch-up. Very sorry to hear this sad news, may she rest in peace.

Condolence: My heart goes out to Darlene's mom Anna and son Carlton. I am so very sorry. Darlene was such an outstanding person that influenced me greatly growing up. I can still hear her laughter. I can still picture her great smile with that twinkle in her eye. Her presence always felt. Her great public speaking and sense of humour. 😊 Darlene was always able to light up the room. Attention usually focused on her. She was magnetic ! She was my maid of honour and I was so very happy to have her still in my life. Some people you just expect will always be there... We have lost a wonderful friend, mother, daughter and so on. I truly wish I could be there on Saturday, but unfortunately I am unable and out of town. Condolence: I have no words for the Sorrow I feel in the passing of my best friend Darlene. We have known each other for over 35 years and have been part of each other lives. There was never unkind word between us we were more just friend we thought of each other as sisters and soul mates.
