Passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 at the age of 60.
Beloved son to Ruby and the late Donald (2012).
Loving brother to Donald MacNeil, Mary Anne (Rod) Outwater.
Predeceased by his brother Douglas MacNeil and sister Valerie Martz.
Cremation has taken place.
