Wettlaufer, John "Jack":
With his family at his side, Jack passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 72.
Beloved husband of the late Helen. Loving father of Wade (Marcia) Wettlaufer of Ilderton, Wendy Gillis, and Willa Wettlaufer (Stewart). Cherished "Grampy" of his grandchildren, Lucas, Kurtis, Travis, Graham, Holly (Mike), Miranda, and Angel and his great-grandchildren, Abel, Maddex and Haidyn. Dear brother of Diane Brezynski, David (Marianne), Michael and Brian (Kris). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents, Donald and Roxie Wettlaufer and his brother Terry.
Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories with Jack's family at the Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, in the Weinstube (Wine Room) on SATURDAY, AUGUST 26, 2017 from 1-4 p.m.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
