Passed away peacefully at The Village of Winston Park, Kitchener, on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her loving husband Daniel (2010). Loving mother of Daniel (Linda), Judi (Patrick), Jane, David (Cindy). Loving grandmother of Rachel (Dan), Daniel (Alicia), Steve (Nancy), Jennifer (Ron), Diana (Jeremy), Ryan (Brittnay), Alex (Alexi), Courtney and Jena. Great-Grandmother of Layne, Reese, Brooke, Quinn, Jackson, Tristyn, Emma, Mason, Isabella and Meeya.
Gwen’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. where the memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 3:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo at a later date. Expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
