1925-2017
Passed away peacefully at Freeport Hospital on Saturday, October 7, 2017, in her 92nd year.
Survived by her loving son Mark and her loving grandsons Matthew and Jeffrey (Taryn).
Remembered by her sister-in-law Geraldine Novasad and family.
Predeceased by her loving husband Gerald (1988), daughter-in-law Beatrice (2011), sister Pauline McGraw (2012), mother Jenny (1988) and many brothers and sisters-in-law.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
At Helen's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Private cremation taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations to KW Humane Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated. Donations may be made by contacting the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467, or by visiting www.henrywalser.com for Helen's memorial.
Mom had a full life surrounded by the love of her family, friends and neighbours. She will be missed dearly and touched the hearts of everyone she met.
Special thanks to the Stroke Unit at Grand River and Freeport Hospital for their care and compassion.
