Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the age of 70. Bill is now reunited with the love of his life, Carol, who passed away in 2014. Father of Junior Ransom (Debbie) and stepfather of Kim Piotto and her husband Darin Park and Joe and his wife Marie Piotto. Very proud Papa of Christina (Chris), Eric, Matthew (Shelby), Anthony, Sheyanne and Mira and great-grandfather of Breanna and Lena. Predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers and a sister.
