Randy the Cook

Over the last ten years or so, Randy has been a custodian at the school where I teach. One day, I came into the staffroom at the custodians' dinner break, and there was Randy, poring over recipe books. "Randy," I said, "What are you doing?" So the story was, not only was he the most outstanding custodian we've ever had, he also was an avid cook, and when he went on his yearly big hunt to Ohio, he was in charge of keeping all the guys well-fed and happy. Randy will be missed by us every day.
