Passed away following a brief illness on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Bernard for 58 years. Loving mother of Kevin (Darlene), Michael (Florence) and Patricia (Shawn). Proud Grandma of Mike (Lisa), Stephanie, Nicole, Jason and great grandmother of Abby and Owen.
Irene's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, November 23rd, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
