Obituary for Cody Myles Blasco

Passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the age of 27.
Beloved son of Mark and Cindy Blasco. Dear brother of Tanner Blasco. Dear grandson of Shirley Stoesser (the late Ron). Cody will be missed and remembered by his aunts and uncles Martina Campbell (Sid), Dan Blasco (Samira), John Blasco and Dan Stoesser (Tracey) and cousins Nick Borda and Amanda Davidson (Jay) and Jeff and Josh Stoesser (Britt). He also be missed by his great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased his grandparents Mario and Ivanka Blasco.
Cody always strived for personal growth and was working towards completing his plumber apprenticeship with United Association local 527. He was compassionate, and had a heart of gold and was always eager to help anyone in need. He loved his family and friends, music and was an avid outdoorsman. Yearly spring trout fishing trips to Algonquin Park and to the cottage on Moon River were highlights for Cody. We will never forget the smile on his face and the sparkle in his eye. We will all miss you until we meet again.
Cody's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cody's life will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place.
Cody had a love for animals and a donation to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
