With heavy hearts, the Wright familly announces the passing of Virginia on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of 59 years to Donald Wright. Loving mother of Tim (Lori), Kathy (Fred) Snider, Cindi Bezeau (Dean), and Tommy (Connie). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Paul, Michelle (Rick), the late Jeffery, Amanda (Rob), Krista, Timmy, Kevin, Bradley (Hilary), Sherilyn (Richard), Amy (David) and Cameron and her great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Kenny (Jackie), Buppy (Jim), Tani (Dick), Karen (Rolly), Sandra (Emil), Sally (Ron), Shirley (the late Walter), Janet (Bill), Peter (Judy) and the late Gerald (Betty). She will also be missed by the Wright family and her many friends.
Predeceased by her parents Priscilla and Jack Schneider.
She retired from Bell Canada after many years of service.
Virginia's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne's R.C. Church, 268 East Ave., Kitchener, ON, N2H 1Z4 on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow in the church hall.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Vincent de Paul of St. Anne's RC Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
