Obituary for Helen Marian Zarzycki (Dietz)

Helen Marian Zarzycki (Dietz)
Zarzycki, Helen (Dietz)

Helen, the biblical definition is "Shining Light", she was absolutely that and more!
A wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and unbelievable friend. A stunning beauty, confidant, fashionista, entrepreneur, leader, hard worker, fiercely loyal and so much more. She had a sparkle in her eye and put the ones she loved ahead of everything. Helen had deep faith, and taught her children how to be honourable, honest, hard working and get the most fun out of life.

Even when dementia took away so much, music remained a constant and she would know the words to every song and sing out loud with joy and passion.
She had a long career in the fashion industry as office manager and loved to dress her family and herself in the finest fashion out there.

Helen lives on in all of us, so appreciate the love not the loss. With every kind deed, every great song and every family connection, Helen continues to impact those who were lucky enough to know her.
She passed away on January 14, 2018 at the age of 82. Predeceased by her husband Ted Zarzycki, her brothers, sister and her parents. Will be missed beyond measure by: her loving children Mike (Kelly), Mark (Yogi) and Debbie (Greg); her grandchildren Amy, Amanda, Jordan and Nicholas as well as 6 great grandchildren; and by her earth angels, Mary and Jim Simon, Marie Hogg and Phyllis Chubbs.

Helen's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 p.m on Friday, February 2, 2018 and from 9:30-10:15 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
