I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Frank Clifford. I first met Frank when he taught me at Stratford Teachers' College in 1963-64. Frank was the kind of educator you would want to model yourself after and over the course of my career I would seek his advice and counsel on educational matters. In the later part of my career we were fellow Catholic Supervisory Officers and I marveled at the esteem Frank commanded. He was extremely thoughtful and I will never forget his kind words expressed to my upon the death of my mother in 1977. Well,done Frank, rest in peace.
