Obituary for E. Faye Frey (Bieman)

E. Faye Frey (Bieman)
FREY, E. Faye (Née Bieman)
Surrounded with love, Faye passed away at St. Mary's Hospital on February 1st, 2018 at the age of 77. Dear love and dancing partner of the late Dr. Larry W. Frey. One-of-a-kind mother of Jennifer Clark (Stuart), Michelle Frey (Craig Bell), and Mike Frey (Ningsih Dijong). Cherished "Nammy" of Anneka, Andrew, Sophia, and Olivia. Predeceased by her parents Elmer & Ethel, sister Joan and brother Buddy. Loving sister-in-law of David and Jane Frey and Karen and George Caldwell. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Faye was selfless - putting everyone else before herself. Her generosity shone through in the work she did nursing at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and her teaching and nursing work at St. Mary's Hospital in Kitchener. As a mother and friend, Faye's care for others was unequalled. To celebrate the many gifts Faye has shared with us, family will receive friends at a visitation on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 10-10:45 a.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, (519) 749-8467. Celebration of Life on Saturday at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow. The family would like to thank Faye's Angel on Earth, Dr. Thomas Appleton - Rheumatology, St. Joseph's Health Care London, and the Staff of 7 Medicine at St. Mary's Hospital for their loving support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SickKids Foundation in Toronto (cards available at the funeral home). Please visit www.henrywalser.com to view Faye's memorial.
