Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Twin Oaks of Maryhill, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Jill for 51 years. Loving father of Steve and his wife Nicky. Much loved grandad to Lucy (Steve), Rebecca and great-grandad to Lydia. He will be remembered by all his family and friends in England and Canada.
John's family will receive relatives and friends from 1 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 where a memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place.
The family would like to thank the staff at Twin Oaks who cared for John the past 12 months.
