Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Howard family. I am one of many who have Rick to thank for the livelihood we enjoy today. I will always fondly remember the great years over on Goodrich Drive, with Rick as our shift leader. Constantly guiding us (when we would listen), and often saving us from the ire of upper management, which we so often deserved. Rest in peace my friend.
