Pickett, Wendy (nee Woolner):
It is with a heavy heart the family announces the peaceful passing of Wendy on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Guelph General Hospital. She will be remembered by her husband Paul. Wendy was a loving mom to Kris, Mark, and Wes (Betty). Proud grandma of Kohen, Molly, Lucy, and Sarah. Dear sister of Judy Luciano (Sebastian) and favourite sister-in-law of Joe (Ann), Don (Olga), Ted (Helen), Bob (Sandy), Tim (Irene), Gord (Pierre), Louis, Bernie (Rosemary), and John (Terri). She will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Wendy's family will have a celebration of her life at the Edelweiss Tavern, 600 Doon Village Rd., Kitchener, on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Lisaard House would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home). Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
