Condolence: I was deeply saddened upon hearing of Chuck's passing. Deep sorrow today and for every tomorrow. It is with sorrow and compassion that I think of the family's loss at this time. I have many fond memories of years gone by, of a man who was dearly loved and known by all, a wonderful member of the family and a friend always there to answer your call. Names and different dates are chiseled in stone. There are two dates with a simple line on every one. It is the dash placed between those dates that stand for time. How important that little line!! The dates belong to God...but that line is yours and mine. It's God who gives us this precious life and with God we will be with one day. But that line between, God gives to us...To do what we may. We know that God has written the first date down, too soon the second for Chuck. But upon the line in between, God will write he was Humble and Kind! Love, Respect and Condolences to Family and Friends. Chuck will be forever missed!

Condolence: Martha: I was sorry to hear that Chuck had passed away. Hard to believe that it has been 50 years since you folks left Nova Scotia and moved to Kitchener. All the neighbourhood kids were always welcome at his home and we had lots of laughs "growing up" with Chuck. He was one of a kind. Our thoughts are with you & the kids and grandchildren. Hughie
