Fong, Margaret:
Passed away peacefully, on Monday, August 21, 2017 at Parkwood Mennonite Home at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late George Deap Fong (1985).
Loving mother of Ian (Karen).
Cherished grandma of Timothy (Lindsay), Jaclyn, and Nathan,
Will be greatly missed by her sisters, Betty Lynn and Mabel (Dick) Lau, and her many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sister, Verna and her brother, Norman.

Margaret was an active member of the Rockway Quilting Group and the Pins and Patches Sewing Group at the Downtown Community Centre.

Margaret's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 and from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A funeral service will be held in the chapel immediately following visitation on Saturday. Reception to follow. A private family interment will take place at Kirkland Lake Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
