Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 77. Loving mother of Rita Lieto (Sam), and Joanne DeRosa. Loved and adored Grandma of Danny Lieto and Brittany DeRosa. Survived by her brothers, Marcel, Luke, Fern, and Leo Bédard and predeceased by her brothers Guy, John Paul, George and Roger Bédard. Cecile will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Cecile's family will gather at 12 noon and will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 where a funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
