Each Sunday I sat with Donald at the 11AM mass at St. Michael's Catholic Church. His outstretched hand and warm smile always welcomed me. During the Our Father, Donald would always reach for my hand to pray together.I was comforted by his touch. I miss that now but will be forever reminded of his nearness, each time I pray the Our Father in church. It was a blessing to have Donald in my life both as a neighbour and as a pew companion.
