Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, January 30th, 2017 at Innisfree House at the age of 57.
Beloved wife to Bruce for 36 years.
Loving mom to Brandon (Daphne) and Jessica (Jeff).
Cherished nana to Summer and Samuel.
Special daughter to the late Wade (2008) and Leone.
Remembered by her siblings Barry Hill, Janice (Chuck) Horslin and Donna (Ron) Kieswetter.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
She will be forever missed by her friends, co-workers and extended family.
Cremation has taken place.
Merla's family will receive relatives and friends from 7- 9 pm on Friday, February 3rd, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, February 4th, 2017 at 10:00 am. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Innisfree House would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
