Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved mother of Michael, Tim and Colleen Elgie and her husband Rick. Gma of Jason, Amanda and her husband Ken, Matthew, Kris and his wife Shantell, Sarah and her late husband Sean Behling, Chad and Kaitlyn. GGmomma of Sophia, Ethan and Emma. Anne will also be dearly missed and remembered by her daughter-in-law Marianne Guthrie and her husband Earl and her sister Judith Stiles.
Predeceased by her parents Edward (Ted) and Beatrice (nee Park) Shea, son David Cartmell (1998) and brother Tom.
Please join us for a celebration of Anne's life from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Conestoga Place, 110 Manitou Drive, Kitchener.
Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place in the family plot at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available by calling the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467).
